Buying from plan at Burgh

Buying from plan at Burgh Not everyone has the confidence or the courage to buy a new home from plan. But the Woods family chose to cherry pick their new home before the first bricks were laid, and are now reaping the benefits at Stamford Homes’ development in Burgh Le Marsh.

Jason and Lisa Woods, together with five-month-old baby Charlie, are the first residents to make their home at Tennyson Gate – recently moving into their new four-bedroom home at the popular development.

Jason, who runs his own commercial cleaning business, said: “We know a little about the new homes industry through our work, so had no worries about reserving our new home from plan.

“We were able to see the exact house type at a neighbouring Stamford Homes development, and really liked it. With the help of the sales team at Burgh, reserved our preferred plot, which also has a really good sized garden – perfect for Charlie as he grows older.”

Jason added: “We are familiar with the area, and are really pleased to be the first residents at the development, and look forward to meeting some neighbours when they move-in in the near future.”

A selection of 49 two, three and four-bedroom homes are being built at the tranquil location, where prices currently start from £124,950.

Boasting a thriving community, Burgh Le Marsh enjoys the best of both worlds, with the coast and the seaside town of Skegness on its doorstep, the market town of Louth to the north, the city of Lincoln about one hour’s drive to the west.

The showhome and sales and marketing suite are open from Thursday until Monday from 10.30am until 5pm. See stamford-homes.co.uk for more information.
