Bank Holiday launch for new Grimsby show home

A number of reservations have been taken at the development in recent weeks, and Stamford Homes can help to curb the cost of moving to the development through the HomeBuy Direct Scheme on selected homes.

A Government shared equity scheme, HomeBuy Direct allows the customer to own 100 per cent of their new home while meeting 70 per cent of the mortgage.

The Government and Stamford Homes will each provide up to 15 per cent of the shared equity and the balance is mortgageable through many major lenders – and with the possibility of no deposit to pay.

The showhome will be open from 10.30am on Saturday 29 August. Normal opening times for the development are from Thursday to Sunday from 10.30am until 5pm.
