Persimmon Homes has reported record-breaking sales at its Bannerbrook Park development in Coventry with properties already selling for August 2007 completions.

Bannerbrook Park has been selling for just a matter of months, and interest in the development is currently at an all-time high. With plots being snapped up six months before completion, sales at the development have astounded even Persimmon.
