Jupiter’s range of over 700 apartments has been wowing buyers and investors alike since its opening in a regenerated area of Birmingham. It boasts studios, apartments and penthouses, some of which start at under £100,000.

Mainstay offers a wide range of services to apartment owners, to maximise the full potential of the property and relieve the buyer of the day-to-day issues and responsibilities. This includes making sure that the building remains properly insured, to provide basic services on site including cleaning, gardening, window cleaning and lift maintenance and health and safety testing.

Julia Pallister, sales director at Redrow Homes (Midlands) says: “Mainstay comes with glowing references and we are pleased to be offering such top class services to our buyers here at Jupiter. Using Mainstay will be useful for our busy clients who do not have time to devote to their property. This is especially good for investors and in many cases having a reputable property management company with a good track record looking after an apartment helps add value to it.

“Mainstay will be responsible for the running of the common areas and buildings and will ensure proper maintenance, insurance and health and safety throughout, in consultation with flat owners.”

David Clark, Business Development Director at Mainstay says: “Mainstay aim to deliver real customer service and maintain and enhance the asset value of the properties it manages. In Birmingham City Centre we manage most of the larger schemes in the vicinity of Jupiter, allowing for real cost benefits and high quality service delivery to be passed on to owners.”

An award winner for its regeneration, Jupiter has transformed the Birmingham skyline, and is the perfect stylish retreat from the dazzling lights on the city. The scheme is now into its final phase and a brand new show apartment has just opened.

The range of apartments at Jupiter is aimed at those who have an eye for contemporary design, which is reflected in its stunning design and great city centre location.

Julia adds: “Jupiter could not be better placed for being near the heart and soul of Birmingham. It’s within easy walking distance of the Bullring and The Mailbox shopping centres, while the Alexandra Theatre, Ikon Gallery and Symphony Hall, as well as many restaurants and bars are nearby.”

Jupiter has recently added a fully interactive model to its marketing suite, which allows visitors to visualise the properties and life at Jupiter via a touch-screen computer, life-like model of the apartments and a big screen.

The development also recently picked up the second highest ranking in CABE’s Housing Audit with an 80% score – making the regeneration project only one of two out of 100 audited developments in the Midlands, East Midlands and South West to be deemed ‘very good’.

Prices currently start from £114,950 for a studio apartment, from £154,950 for a one-bedroom property and two-bedroom apartments have a £204,950 upwards price tag.
