CALA Homes unveils showhomes at Mansions II in Four Paks

28th March 2007 Print
CALA Homes (Midlands) has opened two new show homes at Mansions II, its exclusive development of luxury, mews style four- and five-bedroom houses on Four Oaks Road, Four Oaks in Sutton Coldfield.

The Birmingham-based, award winning, premium housebuilder has unveiled a fully furnished Alrewas four bedroom, two bathroom show house and a fully furnished four bedroom, two bathroom Claverdon townhouse, showing off the high specification finishes and attention to detail which its purchasers have come to expect from CALA Homes.

Four of the 11 new houses at the Mansions II have already been snapped up by purchasers who have praised the superb, mature location and grounds and the quiet position, as well as the style and quality of the new homes.

These sentiments are echoed by local couple Andrew and Diane Williams, who have bought an Alrewas four bedroom, two bathroom home and plan to move from an apartment in Four Oaks.

“We were taken with the location and the style of the house and development, built by a developer which has an outstanding reputation,” says Mr Williams, 33, who owns a graphics and visual communications company in Sutton Coldfield. His wife, Diane, 29, is managing director of a Birmingham-based travel company.

“We are expecting our first child in May, so we wanted something we could move into very easily without doing any work,” continues Mr Williams.

“The mews style living and the outstanding location at one of the best addresses in Sutton Coldfield, and in fact in the whole of the West Midlands, is certainly drawing purchasers and visitors from the immediate area, as well as from Walsall and Lichfield,” says CALA Homes (Midlands) sales and marketing director Sue Parry.

“Our 100% full market value Part Exchange scheme is also proving of great interest.”

According to Mrs Parry, the new houses at Mansions II have been specially designed to provide the accommodation to suit people trading up from smaller homes in the area, as well as for potential purchasers looking to downsize.

She says: “We worked closely with our architect to ensure that our new houses were the right size and made best use of space, both for growing families looking for more bedrooms, as well as older people living in larger, older houses wanting a new and more easily managed house.

“The Mansions II is a small development in a mature landscape with secure gated access, offering added security for families and for occupiers looking to ‘lock and leave’ while they spend time abroad,” says Mrs Parry.

Prices for new houses at The Mansions II start from £464,950.
