Miller Homes has unveiled a generous package of money-saving measures which will effectively allow buyers to move in for free at its sought-after Miller’s Wharf development in Solihull.

Available on the final three properties, the offer will ease the monetary mayhem normally experienced by househunters. Miller customers who reserve a property during the rest of May will be have their 5% deposit, stamp duty, legal fees and mortgage set up costs paid for by the housebuilder.
