Miller appoint new sales director

Major Housebuilder of the Year, Miler Homes, which is responsible for building the B91 development in Solihull, has appointed Linda Androlia as the new sales director of its growing West Midlands’ region.

Worcester born Linda has worked in the industry for over 12 years and brings with her a wealth of experience. She joins the firm from Redrow, where she held a similar role – as West Midlands’ sales director.

Explaining her move, Linda said: “This is the ideal time to be joining the Miller team. Great things are happening here and whilst the issues of complex planning applications, environmental concerns and rising interest rates are growing, the Midlands housing market is healthy and I’m looking forward to the challenges ahead.

“The growth of our West Midlands’ region is very exciting, we have secured a number of key land sites and I am relishing the opportunity to convert these into thriving residential developments.

“One of the key factors currently affecting the industry is that customers are becoming more demanding, this means we must constantly raise our game to ensure we continue to exceed these increasing expectations.”
