Happy buyer becomes happy worker with Barratt Award-winning house builder, Barratt, has countless satisfied customers, but when Allyson Wilkins bought her new house at Tudor Park, Bushbury, she was so impressed she came to work for the company! Relocating from Southampton to be closer to her family, Allyson purchased a brand new home at Tudor Park, mentioning to the development’s sales negotiator, Katie Yates that she was also on the lookout for a new job. Upon learning that Allyson had experience in estate agency work, Katie suggested that she apply to Barratt straight away.

“It was amazing how it all worked out,” says Allyson. “The location of Tudor Park was perfect, very close to my family, and I loved the modern design of the Sutton house. Then I had the job interview and everything seemed to fall into place. It just felt so right! I’m really happy working for Barratt West Midlands. They have a great training programme and look after their staff really well”.

David Child, sales director of Barratt West Midlands, says: “We always do as much as we can to make our customers happy – and this time we’ve really excelled ourselves! Seriously, we’re delighted to welcome Allyson to the Barratt family and hope she’ll have a long and happy career with the company”.

Allyson’s Sutton home is a three-bedroom house with accommodation arranged over three storeys. “The layout really appealed to me,” says Allyson. “I particularly liked the way the living room and kitchen are on the first floor. It’s what I would describe as ‘modern living’.”

The Sutton also features an en-suite to the master bedroom, fitted breakfast kitchen and integral garage. As with all Barratt homes, there is also the reassurance of a ten-year NHBC warranty.

Tudor Park is ideally located approximately two miles north east of Wolverhampton town centre, with easy access to local road and rail links. Wolverhampton itself offers a wealth of amenities such as shops, parks, nightlife and leisure facilities, with cultural and sporting activities throughout the year.

There are just seven properties left for sale here now; two Sutton and five Norbury townhouses, with prices starting from £196,000. Barratt is even offering to pay the 5% deposit to help first-time buyers. So if you like the sound of three-storey living, visit the sales office on Bushbury Lane any day from 11am until 6pm. However, potential purchasers are urged not to delay, as over 90% of properties are now sold.

The sales office at Tudor Park is open seven days a week from 11 am until 6 pm.
