First occupants at Boundary Brook

28th September 2007 Print
First occupants at Boundary Brook Five sets of Harborne homeowners will be warming their brand new homes this month as the first occupants arrive at Miller Homes’ Boundary Brook development. The exclusive scheme is located by Court Oak Road and Fellows Lane in Harborne and has already sold half of its 23 homes.

The development has proved particularly popular with young professionals and downsizers looking for quality and a prime location.

Boundary Brook is set in a delightful cul de sac and offers contemporary apartments situated in a plush, modern building with attractive green surroundings. Residents also benefit from a barrier entry system to ensure privacy and peace of mind.

Ideally located just a short walk from the Harborne High Street, the development provides a wide range of shopping options, delightful restaurants and trendy bars. The scheme is also just a five minute drive from the centre of Birmingham and provides easy access to both the M5 and M6, excellent for the busy commuter.

Miller Homes’ sales director, Linda Androlia, said: “It’s great to see Boundary Brook bursting with life now the first residents have moved in and we’re already seeing a real sense of community being built. It’s lovely because although we’re just five minutes drive from the city centre, the development still retains the exclusivity and pleasant community feel of a rural village”.

In a bid to help build communities, Miller Homes has embarked on a unique nationwide online initiative - mymillerstreet.co.uk. Here residents of any Miller Homes’ development can log on to meet their neighbours and interact using the ‘virtual garden fence’.

Properties at Boundary Brook range from £159,950 for a one-bedroom apartment to £218,950 for a two bedroom second floor apartment. Four bedroom homes are also available from £359,950.
