Barratt West Midlands is offering homebuyers one and two-bedroom apartments from as little as £84,660, at its new Somerton Court development on Short Heath Road in Perry Common.

The low cost homes scheme, offered by Barratt in conjunction with Birmingham City Council provides high quality new homes at prices 65 to 70 per cent less than the market value.

The one-bedroom apartments on offer all comprise open plan living room and kitchen area, spacious bedroom and stylish bathroom. The well appointed two-bedroom apartments also comprise the same room composition, with the addition of second bedroom and en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom.
