Gladedale Home Counties has announced plans to build a third residential development in Birmingham following its double award-winning success with landmark apartments, Abacus and The Edge.With two award-winning developments in the city under the company’s belt, Gladedale hope its latest development named Artisan’s Square in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter will dazzle potential buyers.
Demolition work started last month (October) on the site in Northwood Street to allow work to get underway on the new-build development of 44, one and two bedroom apartments.
Construction work is expected to begin in December to create a high quality development which will continue the ongoing regeneration of this popular urban area.
