Thanks to Barratt West Midlands’ Dream Start scheme, first-time homebuyer Ian Murrie has found his perfect home at its Woodlands View development on Monkspath Hall Road in Solihull.

The Dream Start scheme allows homebuyers the chance to purchase a brand new Barratt home for only 75 per cent of the purchase price, whilst still owning a full 100 per cent of the property, meaning homeownership is no longer just a distant dream.

Ian, who works in private banking said, “I had been looking to buy my own home for a while, but most properties just seemed to be out of my price range, but after hearing about Woodlands View and the Dream Start scheme from my parents, I decided to take a look at the development.
