Last chance to buy at Campion Gardens

4th March 2008 Print
Homebuyers in Erdington are being urged to move quickly as just seven homes remain for sale at Barratt West Midlands’ Campion Gardens development on Pitts Farm Road. There are now only seven three-bedroom homes available and with the extension of Barratt’s ‘Dream Start’ scheme homebuyers really can not afford to miss out.

The three-bedroom Camdale style houses offer exceptionally modern living and comprise open plan living and dining room, separate kitchen, cloakroom, three-bedrooms and stylish family bathroom.

David Child Sales Director for Barratt said, “Campion Gardens is a superb development and these remaining properties are ideal for young families looking for their first home.

“Dream Start is a fantastic scheme which allows eligible homebuyers to purchase 100 per cent of the property for just 75 per cent of the price. After launching back in October the initiative has now been extended to the New Year due to its popularity.

“Many homebuyers have already taken advantage of Dream Start which has often brought the cost of a new home down to within their budget; it really does make the dream of homeownership a reality.”

A property sold with Dream Start has no rent or interest to pay on the remaining 25 per cent. The deferred amount is simply paid back as 25 per cent of the property’s open market value up to the point of resale or within 10 years, whichever is sooner.

Campion Gardens is situated close to the M6 at junction five offering direct access to Birmingham city centre which is just seven miles away. Pype Hayes Park is just a few minutes walk from the development and boasts play area, bowls, tennis courts, fishing pool and ornamental gardens.

Campion Gardens comprises one- and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom houses. The Camdale style three-bedroom house is priced at £188,495.
