Developer offers the works at Halesowen

4th April 2008 Print
Developer Hadzor Davies is offering a range of incentives to make it easier for people to buy a new home at The Works, a development of 23 stylish two and three bedroom homes just outside Halesowen town centre.

Not only will they pay the 5% deposit on selected plots, but, through their Home Buyer Scheme, they will also meet all the marketing costs, including estate agents fees, for any purchaser selling their old home through Connells Estate Agents.

Hadzor Davies also includes in the price many items as standard such as oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer in the kitchen. All the houses will have turfed front gardens and patios and the vast majority even have conservatories to extend the ground floor living space.

“These extras offered by Hadzor Davies could make all the difference for many people looking to move in the current market,” says Connells New Homes Manager Sue Bates. “An added bonus is that anyone reserving at this stage of build will be able to choose from a range of tile designs, bathroom and kitchen styles, fireplaces and fires.”

To find out more about what’s available at The Works, where prices for houses start at £145,000, contact Connells in Hagley Road, Halesowen.
