Miller coming soon to Erdington

29th April 2008 Print
Miller Homes, recently named ‘Housebuilder of the Year' for the second year running, is set to launch its Northcote development in Erdington, Birmingham. The development, named Northcote after James Spencer Northcote who designed one of the halls at the city's priest training seminary - Oscott college, consists of 129 properties and will boast a variety of three, four and five bed houses and one and two bed apartments.

The eagerly anticipated release of prices is expected this Autumn. The housebuilder is already receiving enquiries about the development as the area has traditionally been popular with first time buyers and young families. The local high street caters for everyday needs and Erdington is conveniently located within easy reach of large high street stores at the Fort Shopping Centre and Birmingham City Centre.

In addition to great public transport links, the development is also located close to several schools, the local library and the beautiful Erdington Abbey.

Sales director, Linda Androlia, said: "We're very excited about our development in Erdington. There is already an established community here so it's the ideal location for first time buyers and young families. The scheme has already generated a huge amount of interest from potential buyers and once we release prices in the Autumn we expect to be very busy indeed. We anticipate the first occupations in December this year.

"Miller Homes offer a complete care package which helps house buyers though the entire moving process and extends way beyond with our after sales support."
