The perfect home becomes the perfect job

The perfect home becomes the perfect job A local homebuyer from Wolverhampton was so impressed with Barratt West Midlands' Tudor Park development that she not only found the ideal family home there, but also her perfect job.

Homebuyer Christelle Caizzo has taken the lead from fellow Barratt employee and neighbour Allyson Wilkins, who also found her perfect job after buying a property at Tudor Park.

Tudor Park is situated on Bushbury Lane in Bushbury and its quiet, yet convenient location was just one of the things that attracted Christelle to buy a home there. Christelle aged 34 explained, "Tudor Park is a fantastic development and offers great quality homes in a quiet location whilst still being close to the amenities of Wolverhampton and this is something which really stood out from other new build developments in the area. In fact I was so impressed with the Tudor Park that I not only purchased a home but also decided to apply for the role as Sales Negotiator at the development.

"Having spent 18 years in retail management I was looking for a new challenge and when I heard about the opening at Tudor Park it seemed like the ideal opportunity. Not only do I have great first-hand knowledge of the development, but also a very short commute to work!

"Actually owning a property at Tudor Park is probably one of the most meaningful endorsements and when I explain to visitors that I actually own one of the properties on site, they really understand my passion for the development and quality of homes being built."

David Child, Sales Director for Barratt commented, "Christelle undoubtedly has superb knowledge of Tudor Park, so who better to take over sales at the development. We are very please to welcome Christelle to the Barratt team and would like to wish her the best of luck in her new career."

Tudor park is situated just two miles North of Wolverhampton town centre which offers a range of shops and amenities. The M54 and M6 motorways are also close by, meaning the development is ideal for those needing to commute.

Just six, three-bedroom houses remain at Tudor Park. Prices start from £168,600. For more information log on to Barratthomes.co.uk/tudorpark.
