Barratt welcomes new recruit to Hazelmere

Barratt West Midlands has recently welcomed Julie Francis as the new Sales Negotiator to the housebuilder's Hazelmere development on Temple Way in Tividale. Julie, aged 35 joined Barratt last December, after making the decision to leave her previous career in hairdressing. Julie explained, "Having spent most of my working life in the hairdressing industry, I really wanted to try something different and new home sales seemed like the perfect choice for me.

"I really enjoy meeting new people and this was one of the first tings that attracted me to the job. We really do see a very wide range of people everyday, so getting to know each and every one and finding them their perfect home is a very enjoyable part to the role.

"After joining Barratt I took part in its training scheme and then spent some time with experienced sales negotiators on various developments in order to build up my knowledge and skills of the business. It has really helped me to be able to deal with all the day to day activities on site, such as dealing with customer enquiries and taking care of all the necessary paperwork.

"Hazelmere itself is a lovely development and is perfect for a variety of different homebuyers and with just three homes remaining, most of the properties at the development are occupied and it is great to be able to see this new community starting to take shape."
