Edenside rises to the occasion for local homebuyers

The couple who are to be married in June, decided that it was time to move from their smaller home, also in Wednesbury to a larger family home in which to start married life for them and children Aaron (13), Isobel (12), Connor (12) and James (10).
Gary aged 42 explained, "When Sharon and I met, I was living in a smaller home, which was fine for me and the kids but when we decided to get married, we knew that we needed a larger home which was big enough for both families.
"We were already living just down the road from Edenside, so when we found the four-bedroom Gloucester style house at the development it seemed the ideal place to buy as we knew the area well, plus we didn't have to move far. We were also very impressed with both the size and layout of the property and it has given us much more space to enjoy as a family, such as the separate living and dining rooms.
"With the wedding plans in progress we decided to use Barratt's part-exchange scheme to sell our old home, it made it very easy for us and removed a lot of the stress which was exactly what we needed. It also meant that we were able to stay in our old home until the new house was ready to move into, something that was very important for us as we didn't want to rent another property whilst we waited for the new house to be ready."
Sharon, aged 41 added, "We have been very impressed with Barratt throughout the entire move process, from the ease of the part-exchange scheme, through to the after-care service we received. Everyone has been very helpful and made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible for us."
David Child, Sales Director for Barratt said, "Our part-exchange scheme has been running for over 30 years and is ideal for those who, like Gary and Sharon, are looking to move to a larger home. We buy the old property which means there are no chains and no hassle, plus we take care of all the associated fees, such as estate agents costs and Home Information Pack (HIP)."
Edenside is excellently located, less than two miles from Wednesbury town centre along with junction 9 of the M6, offering a fast and direct route to Birmingham. Wolverhampton is also only seven miles from the development to the North West.
Gary and Sharon purchased a four-bedroom Gloucester style house comprising spacious living room, dining room, fitted kitchen, utility room, en-suite to the master bedroom, three further bedrooms, family bathroom and garage.
Edenside offers a range of two-bedroom apartments and two- three- and four-bedroom houses. Prices start from £117,200. For more information log on to Barratthomes.co.uk/edenside.
