Pop over to Edenside and be transformed into a superhero

11th August 2008 Print
This weekend (Saturday 16th August) Barratt West Midlands is inviting purchasers searching for their perfect home to visit the new pop art show home at its Edenside development on Elwell Street in Wednesbury.

Homebuyers can take advantage of a fantastic offer; all reservations on the day will receive a free cartoon character painted on a wall of their choice in their new home - a fantastic addition to a child's bedroom, play area or to the study perhaps.

Also visitors will have the opportunity to take home with them a memento of the day. A caricaturist will be on hand throughout the event to sketch super hero caricatures of visitors absolutely free.

David Child Sales Director for Barratt said, "Show homes are very important as they allow homebuyers to be able to envisage what it could be like to live at a development, whilst showing them what sort of interior design styles are fashionable.

"This innovative show piece has so far attracted lots attention from visitors who are not only interested in the fantastic homes available, but also those who are just keen to see this wacky design for themselves! We hope that this event receives exactly the same response."

Edenside is less than two miles from junction nine of the M6 motorway, offering a fast and direct route to Birmingham, whilst Wolverhampton is only seven miles away. Wednesbury's Brunswick Park lies within walking distance of the development offering 34 acres of play areas and gardens, tennis courts, a traditional band stand and a multi-use games area. Plus the famous Merry Hill shopping centre is close at hand.

Edenside comprises two-bedroom apartments and three bedroom houses. Prices start at £117,200 for a two-bedroom apartment and £185,500 for a three-bedroom home.
