All hail b91 Miller Homes launched its latest and final penthouse show apartment at the stylish b91 development last weekend making it a double celebration after recently selling out the whole of the Saints House building on the Solihull scheme.

Plot 44, the last penthouse remaining at b91, which lies within the second of two apartment blocks - School House - has been decorated in classic black and white, creating a stylish and relaxing ambience.

"By using cream, taupes and blacks only, we were aiming for a very sophisticated feel - creating a trendy party-pad vibe - but with understated luxury", described Carrie Goodman, of interior designers Claude Hooper; "The upholsteries are sumptuous, the lighting chic and refined. The penthouse is dressed with black and white photography and opulent accessories to add to the elegant feel."

As well as having impressive interiors, many of b91's buyers have claimed the fantastic location and convenience as a key factor in opting for the Miller scheme. This has prompted the housebuilder to promote this key feature around the town with a fully wrapped black cab, fronting the phrase - "Wave goodbye to taxi fares".

Located off the Warwick Road, directly opposite House of Fraser, the scheme couldn't be closer to the centre of Solihull. At the same time, it is so tucked away from the traffic that residents can forget what's on their doorstep once their front door is shut behind them.

A short stroll from the Touchwood shopping centre and a range of delightful specialist shops, b91 offers convenience with all the essentials within walking distance. Leisure activities are easily accessible, with the Solihull Arts Centre and Tudor Grange Park in close proximity.

Residents and perspective purchasers were invited to a special welcome evening held in the newly dressed show apartment making them the first to see the new décor. The meet and greet was arranged by Miller to encourage residents to get to know each other better. Some of those attending even had a go at modelling with the branded vehicle before the driver began his first shift in the striking taxi.

Miller Homes' sales director, Linda Androlia, said: "b91 has become a very social community now that the majority of the apartments have been sold so we wanted to offer a helping hand for those newer residents to help get to know everyone else. It was also a great opportunity to show off what will be the last show apartment on the scheme.

"As soon as our penthouse properties have been dressed, they have sold in a matter of weeks, proving that these loft style apartments are still very much en vogue. Therefore we are expecting lots of interest in our stunning new showcase property in the next fortnight."

Residents at b91 can also enjoy the beautifully landscaped private gardens which offer picturesque views from apartment balconies. Properties are built to the highest standard, which means low maintenance is another key attraction.

Additional benefits of the development include high levels of security along with underground parking and a state of the art video entry system, which help to add peace of mind.

Prices at the scheme start at £159,950 for a one-bedroom ground floor apartment, rising to £319,950, for the a top floor two bedroom duplex apartment.

For further information, visit Millerhomes.co.uk or call into the sales centre. The show apartment is open daily from 10am to 5pm.
