Make them an offer at Woodlands View

29th August 2008 Print
Make them an offer at Woodlands View Think of new build homes and most people would usually think of having to pay a fixed price, but this weekend, homebuyers in Solihull are being invited to come along and make an offer on any of the final properties at Barratt West Midlands' Woodlands View development on Monkspath Hall Road.

Barratt will be hosting an open weekend this 23rd and 24th August where potential purchasers will be able to look around the four remaining two-bedroom apartments as well as make the housebuilder an offer on any of the properties.

David Child, Sales Director for Barratt commented, "These final four apartments are ideal for couples and young professionals looking for a home in a quiet location but which is still close to the shops and amenities of Solihull town centre, including Touchwood shopping centre which is only a mile away.

"Purchasers will be able to come along this Saturday and Sunday, where they will be able to look around the apartments at their leisure. Not only will this allow visitors to see these great properties first-hand, but to also envisage what life could be like and how their current possessions could fit into the property.

"Whatever the situation, we have a deal to help get buyers moving. From deposit or stamp duty paid to help towards legal fees or even a furniture pack, alternatively homebuyers could make us a reasonable offer on their desired property and enjoy a simple cash saving. All sensible offers will be considered, meaning this is a great time to buy a brand new home."

The sales office and apartments will be open from 11am to 6pm this Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th August.

Prices at Woodlands View start from just £202,100. For more information log on to Barratthomes.co.uk/woodlandsview.
