Dream homes coming soon to Oldbury

14th October 2008 Print
Dream homes coming soon to Oldbury House-hunters looking for a stylish new place to live won't have to wait long to find their dream home. Savvy searchers are registering now to be among the first to own a home at Latimer Square, George Wimpey's brand new development in the historic West Midlands town of Oldbury.

Latimer Square will comprise homes for all types of buyers, including contemporary two-bedroom apartments, and three and four-bedroom homes, with prices ranging from £100,000 to £250,000.

By registering their interest now, prospective purchasers will receive details of the first properties as soon as they are released - and by buying off-plan, customers can stamp their style on their new home, choosing kitchens, bathrooms, floorings and fittings to be installed ready for their move.

Oldbury town centre, less than a mile from Latimer Square, blends traditional architecture with modern design. The central square, and the waterways which arrived with the Industrial Revolution, add a vibrancy and style to this Black Country town. The canals are now used for pleasure boats and fishing, while a superb range of shops and restaurants occupy many of the striking, red-brick buildings.

The area is also home to a choice of schools for children of all ages, and for commuters, the M5 is a five-minute drive from the development and Langley Green Railway Station is less than two miles away.
