The Movemaker Plus scheme has been designed to give buyers both peace of mind and a sure fire way of moving up to a bigger home. Purchasers reserve the home of their choice, agree a part-exchange deal and then still offer their old property for sale on the open market up to eight weeks before the new home is ready to move into.
