Stylish new show homes in Streetly House-hunters can see inspirational interior design inside two brand new showhomes opening this Saturday 30th May at George Wimpey’s sought-after Kingsland Grange development in Streetly, Sutton Coldfield.

Boasting beautiful decor and fabulous furnishings, the four-bedroom ‘Tolworth’ and the five-bedroom ‘Ashbury’ offer visitors a taste of the stylish looks that can be achieved when using a brand new home as a blank canvas.

Although the showhome colour schemes are under wraps until they are officially unveiled at 11am on Saturday 30th May, George Wimpey has provided a preview of the spacious layouts – and the two housetypes will be available to purchase over the weekend.

The ‘Tolworth’, for example, features a spacious kitchen with separate utility room, a dining room with French doors to the rear garden, a large reception room with attractive bay window to the front, a guest cloakroom, and an integral garage with handy internal door to the kitchen.

Upstairs, the landing leads to the master bedroom with en-suite shower room, a main bathroom, and three further bedrooms – one of which could also be used as a home office.

Offering magnificent accommodation over three floors, the double-fronted, three-storey ‘Ashbury’ features a large kitchen/dining room with French doors to the rear garden, a utility room, a light and airy study with attractive bay window to the front, a front reception room also with bay window, a further reception room with French doors to the rear garden, a guest cloakroom and a store room.

Upstairs, the landing leads to three double bedrooms – one with en-suite facilities – and a main bathroom. Double bedrooms four and five can be found on the top floor, while outside there is a garage.

All new homes currently available at Kingsland Grange benefit from a specification that includes an amazing fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and hood, a private rear garden and a garage.

Daniel McGowan, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for George Wimpey North Midlands says: “With more than half of our 2009 collection of homes at Kingsland Grange sold before the showhomes have even opened, we’re encouraging would-be movers to come to the development this weekend to see why the homes here are proving so popular.

“We know our prices are a major factor in this development’s popularity, with brand new detached four-bedroom homes available from only £259,995, plus a range of financial incentives to help make moving quick and cost-effective for our customers which aren’t available to those purchasing a home on the second-hand market.”

The developer’s Easymover scheme is just one of the packages of special incentives available on selected properties, ensuring customers with a house to sell can reserve their new home and then sit back and relax while the housebuilder finds a buyer for their current property, guaranteeing 100% of the market value and pays the estate agent’s fees.

Close to Sutton Park nature reserve – 2,400 acres of woodland, heath and wetlands – life at Kingsland Grange offers ample opportunity for walking, cycling, fishing, sailing and orienteering, while Streetly is also home to a wide range of shops for everyday needs, a library, community sports facilities, pubs and places to eat, four primary schools and a specialist sports college.

For commuters, Birmingham and Walsall are both within easy reach by car and by public transport.

The showhomes at Kingsland Grange, located off Bridle Lane, Streetly, are open on Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st May from 11am until 5pm and then each week, Thursday to Monday, 11am to 5pm. Alternatively, log on to Georgewimpey.co.uk online.
