Family finds dream home at Westminster Place

Anybody who has found their dream home only to lose out because a chain collapsed knows it can be a heartbreaking experience. Toni and Stephen Tipper cut out the upward chain by buying new – at Bryant Homes’ Westminster Place development in Rushall.

As added insurance for a smooth move the couple and their three year old son James used the house builder’s Market Mover scheme, which allows purchasers to agree a marketing price for their own home and reserve a new home at an agreed fixed price, even if they still have a house to sell. Toni, 40, said: “We had had problems with chains in the past and so we decided it would be easier if we could cut out the chain above by buying new. As soon as we saw what was on offer we knew we wanted to live there.
