Boundary Brook is a sell out

9th June 2009 Print
Following significant demand for its properties in Harborne, Miller Homes has declared its Boundary Brook development a complete sell out after the two remaining apartments have been snapped up by eager househunters.

The completion of the development is welcome news for the local housing market, showing that buyers still want to buy homes, despite the current economic climate.

Linda Androlia, regional sales director for Miller Homes, said: “We are very pleased with the success of Boundary Brook and the new community that has been created there, which definitely proves that confidence is returning to the market.

“The success of the development can in part be attributed to the shared equity schemes that we have offered to help buyers afford a brand new home.”

Miller Homes latest shared equity scheme is the Homebuy direct initiative, which offers buyers the chance to purchase 100 percent of their home by paying just 70 percent of the value, with both Miller Homes and the Government equally funding the remaining 30 percent.

One of the big bonuses of the scheme is that the equity loan is only repayable after 25 years with no interest payable for the first five years.

“Those looking to buy in the area need not be disappointed however, as a wide range of properties on Homebuy direct are still available at our B91 development”, added Linda.

Conveniently located just outside Solihull Town centre, B91 is one of Miller Homes’ flagship schemes in the Midlands, popular due to its quiet yet close proximity to Solihull and cosmopolitan appeal.

Buyers can choose from a range of attractive one and two bedroom apartments, some with balconies and all thoughtfully designed to offer contemporary city style living.

Linda continued: “B91 offers buyers a combination of cosmopolitan excitement and personal space, making it perfect for first time buyers, those looking to upgrade or to down size. To help buyers even further, we’re also offering our Homebuy Direct scheme on selected properties at B91, making a new home in Solihull even more affordable.”

“We don’t expect properties at B91 to stay on the market for long however, so would advise anyone interested to act quickly.”

Homes at B91 are available from £159,950 for a one bedroom apartment, which under Homebuy Direct, could be yours for just £111,965. For more information, log on to millerhomes.co.uk.
