Leading housebuilder David Wilson Mercia has begun build work on a brand new citrus inspired development in Coventry, which will be unveiled to the public on Thursday 9th July.

The juicy new development, which is to be called Zest on Exhall Road, is the latest project from the esteemed firm, adding to its already extensive portfolio of homes throughout the Midlands, ranging from Oxfordshire in the south to Staffordshire in the north of the region.

This is the first time David Wilson has built in the Coventry area for more than two years and following huge demand from buyers in the region, the housebuilder has now started work on a refreshingly new selection of houses and apartments.

Ideal for those with a zest for life, the development is situated in a rural location, and will, once complete will offer a range of homes including one- and two-bedroom apartments and two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom houses.

Chris Ashmore, Sales Director for David Wilson Mercia explained, “David Wilson has built in many areas of the Midlands, however we have not had a presence in Coventry for a number of years. Therefore it is very exciting for us to be back in Coventry able to offer purchasers in the area the chance to buy one of the new homes at this fresh new development.

“As an up-and-coming city, Coventry is a key area for us and we are confident that this project will prove very popular with homebuyers looking for a new home in which to recharge their batteries and rejuvenate after a long day.”

A pre-launch for Zest is being held on Thursday 9th July at the nearby Hare and Hound pub from 4pm to 8pm where interested purchasers and members of the public will have the chance to view the types of homes on offer.

Chris continued, “The pre-launch will not only allow homebuyers to get a sneak preview of Zest and what is going to be available, but also provides an excellent opportunity for those who are interested in buying one of the homes off-plan to cherry pick their choice of plots.”

The pre-launch is being held on Thursday 9th July at the Hare and Hound Pub on Watery Lane where guests will be able to enjoy complementary bubbly and nibbles.
