Homebuy direct proves popular in Willenhall

A new home buying initiative from Barratt West Midlands has proven to be a huge success at the housebuilder’s Squire’s Lock development on Lichfield Road in Willenhall.

The scheme, called HomeBuy Direct, is offered from Barratt in conjunction with the Government and allows homebuyers to purchase a brand new Barratt home for just 70 per cent of the price, meaning that there are currently homes available from just £69,965.
