New Barratt development to open in Perry Common

Barratt West Midlands has recently begun build work on a selection of brand new homes in Perry Common, and the homes will be officially launched to the public this Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th August at 10am. The new development, which is called Dovedale Park, is situated on Dovedale Road and is the latest project from the firm, adding to its already extensive portfolio of homes in the West Midlands.

This is the third development of new homes from Barratt West Midlands to be built in Perry Common and forms part of the ongoing regeneration of the area. Once complete, there will be a selection of two-bedroom apartments and two-, three- and four-bedroom houses.
