Homebuyers invited to David Wilson Breakfast Club As the saying goes, ‘The early bird catches the worm’ and thanks to David Wilson Mercia, homebuyers in Tipton, will now be able to make the most of their day with an early morning opening and breakfast club at the housebuilder’s Hamlet Place development on Bloomfield Road.

The doors at Hamlet Place usually open at 11am, however homebuyers now have the chance to visit the development an hour and a half early, every Saturday from now until October for David Wilson’s very own breakfast club.

The doors will now be open at 9.30am every Saturday, where purchasers will be able to enjoy a complementary breakfast of croissants, coffee and newspapers along with the chance to chat with David Wilson’s sales negotiators about finding their dream home.

Carole Ashworth, Sales Manager for David Wilson Mercia commented, “With today’s fast-paced and busy lifestyles, people really want to make the most of their spare time, particularly at the weekend.

“This is why we are offering homebuyers in Tipton the chance to get more from their day by opening the sales office at our Hamlet Place development at 9.30am every Saturday, a whole hour and a half earlier that the usual opening time of 11am.

“Anyone who visits the sales office at this new, earlier opening time, will be able to take part in our very own breakfast club, where they will be able to enjoy coffee, croissants and newspapers whilst finding out all about the homes at Hamlet Place.

“What’s more, by visiting at the new early opening times, homebuyers will be able to rest in the knowledge that they are avoiding the crowds, giving them more time to talk to the sales negotiator and look around our fabulous showhomes. So homebuyers looking to get more from their day, are being invited to come along and visit Hamlet Place at our new opening time and see if the early bird really does catch the worm.”

Hamlet Place is situated just 10 miles from Birmingham city centre which offers a large selection of shops and amenities including the Bullring shopping centre which boasts over 160 high street stores. The M6 and M5 motorways along with Tipton railway station are also close by, making the development an ideal base for commuters.
