Charles Church lends a helping hand

Charles Church will be opening the doors to the stunning Show Home and Marketing Suite at The Acorns in Ashington, an intimate and charming development of just twenty two homes.

To mark the occasion Charles Church is offering a number of irresistible incentives - whether you are looking to step on the property ladder, you are looking to climb up it or even if you are looking to downsize – potentially, there is help at hand for everyone.

Purchasers who want to buy at The Acorns but have an existing property to sell can make the most of the Part Exchange Scheme*, which takes the stress out of buying a new home and allows you to secure your dream property, rather than waiting for your existing property to sell.

Another option to consider is Assisted Move*, a scheme which gives you the opportunity to reserve a home for a limited period of time at The Acorns whilst your home is marketed and a sale secured.

If you don’t require assistance with your current home sale or are renting and could do with a financial helping hand then perhaps the Mortgage Subsidy* option is for you. This allows you to buy from £425** a month. Experienced Sales Executives will be on hand to talk you through each of the options.

The Acorns offers a selection of two bedroom apartments, and three and five bedroom family houses. With all of the three bedroom homes already reserved, prospective purchasers are urged to visit now to avoid disappointment.

The Willow and The Maple are both flexible five bedroom family homes, conveniently spaced over three floors. On the ground floor of The Willow is an open plan kitchen and family room with French doors opening onto decking access to the rear garden. Also found downstairs is a spacious hall and living room opening onto the rear garden, and a dining room.

The first floor has four bedrooms – including the master bedroom with en-suite facilities – and a family bathroom, fitted as standard with crisp white sanitaryware and chrome taps. There is an additional bedroom, also with an en-suite, on the second floor. Meanwhile The Maple has a similar design but has an integrated garage on the ground floor, four bedrooms and a study on the first floor and a bonus room on the top floor which can be used in any way you want.

Situated in Ashington, winner of the Village of the Year and 2006 winner for South England, The Acorns is set at the foot of the South Downs in a desirable location.

Worthing and Horsham are both around 10 miles away, and offer first-class shopping, leisure and entertainment facilities. The village also has good access to the M25 via the A24, and Gatwick Airport is approximately 27 miles away.

With prices at The Acorns currently ranging from £199,950 to £575,000, Charles Church’s irresistible incentives and the Show Home and Marketing Suite launching on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th April, now is the time to visit and join us in raising a glass of champagne and to discuss your requirements.

The Show Home is open daily from 10am to 6pm, alternatively you can Charleschurch.com.

* Incentives available on selected plots and subject to terms and conditions.

** Charles Church will contribute £416 per month for 24 months towards your new home, paid as a cashback equivalent (£9,984) and calculated as an example on plot 6. This offer is subject to using our recommended Financial Advisors. Subject to scheme rules and status terms and conditions apply.
