St Paul’s on-the-Green is a development of 80 homes, set around a beautiful traditional village green which provides generous amounts of space and green vistas. Comprised of a selection of one and two bedroom apartments, two bedroom coach houses and three, four and five bedroom houses, the development will appeal to buyers of all requirements and will have a relaxed community feel to it.

Field Sales Manager Alison Key explains: “There was unprecedented interest in St Paul’s on-the-Green in the run-up to the launch but we were blown away with the interest received at the launch weekend – over 50% of the first phase has already sold. We were constantly inundated with visitors; one man even waited in his car overnight so he could reserve his dream home! After the success of the launch, and the interest that we have had since then, we believe this development is going to sell out in record time.

People thinking about purchasing at St Paul’s on-the-Green should come and visit now or they really could end up disappointed.”

The development is taking place on the site of the former St Paul’s Roman Catholic College and an existing building formally known as The Lodge will be retained and sensitively converted into six luxury apartments. The building has been named Flower Lodge after Mr Flower, the Headteacher at St Paul’s Catholic College, which has now been relocated to Burgess Hill.

St Paul’s on-the-Green boasts an excellent location within Haywards Heath as it is within walking distance of both the train station and the town centre, which itself has a growing café culture and a wealth of shopping and leisure amenities. Haywards Heath is approximately 12 miles from Brighton, 15 miles from Gatwick Airport and has frequent train services which call at London Bridge in under 45 minutes.

Prices at St Paul’s on-the-Green range from £225,000 for the two bedroom apartments and from £345,000 to £495,000 for the three/four and four bedroom houses. The Marketing Suite is open daily between 10am and 6pm.
