100% home exchange at Maidenbower development

The Barratt Home Exchange scheme includes a ‘No HIPS’ incentive whereby Barratt will organise (and pay for) the Home Information Pack needed on the purchaser’s existing home.
In addition to the five-bedroom ‘Carnfield’ with double garage, which is priced from £516,495, there are three-bedroom, two-bathroom terraced houses from £296,495, three-bedroom townhouses from £310,495 and four-bedroom detached homes from £387,495.
All include a garage plus parking space and have a range of traditional external features including the four-bedroom detached homes, which feature a modern version of the Sussex steep pitched roof and timbered upper elevation.
All houses provide well-planned, high specification interiors which have primarily attracted families, many of whom already live in Maidenbower. With 70 per cent already sold, the location, on the outskirts of the town, opposite Maidenbower Park has also been a key factor in the popularity of this development. The choice of accommodation and the mature landscaped areas have attracted buyers keen to upgrade, whilst keeping their established community links.
Also influencing buyers’ decisions is the development’s central location, which has fast links onto the M23 and M25 providing good access to Gatwick airport and Crawley with its fantastic range of shopping outlets, as well as fast train commuting into London.
A Home Exchange Day on 24th November will provide prospective buyers with a part-exchange expert who will be available to discuss details. If buyers live close by, there may even be the opportunity to have their house valued on the same day.
“We want the whole moving process to be stress free for our customers and by taking care of HIPs, and all the paperwork associated with the packs, we hope buyers will enjoy their move, which will be straightforward through part exchange” says Gary Ennis, Barratt Regional Managing Director.
