100% home exchange at Maidenbower development

Barratt Southern Counties 100 per cent Home Exchange scheme, at its Parkside development in Maidenbower, is attracting buyers keen to secure one of the remaining homes; over 50 people attended the launch of the five-bedroom show house last weekend.

The Barratt Home Exchange scheme includes a ‘No HIPS’ incentive whereby Barratt will organise (and pay for) the Home Information Pack needed on the purchaser’s existing home.
