Sandpiper Place launch is a hit with buyers

The recent launch of new homes development, Sandpiper Place in Pulborough, Sussex was a huge success, with a number of reservations made on the day.

House builder Bloor Homes opened the gates of the delightful site over a weekend allowing the public to see plans of each house type, view the brand new show home, and enjoy the selection of drinks and canapés on offer.

“There has been early interest in this development, with homes being reserved. The show home launch gave people the chance to look at the high specification, views and warm atmosphere. If they wanted to reserve one, they could do so on the day”, says Connells Sales and Marketing Manager Sarah Turpin.

With a range of one and two bedroom apartments, and two, three and four bedroom houses, this mixed development of new homes can cater for everyone. Prices start at a modest £175,000, with the first phase of detached houses from £325,000.
