A golden handshake awaits key-workers in Chichester Working in the public sector can feel rewarding. But if you are a key-worker in need of a home of your own, feeling good isn’t quite enough. So, housebuilder Bellway is providing a little help for those workers who spend their time helping the community.

At the prestigious Cardington Place development in Chichester - right near the hospital – there are homes available at a massive discount to key workers.

If you work in the public sector, simply take a whopping £500 of for every £25,000 of the value of the home you have selected. All you have to do is prove that you qualify as a key-worker – any employee of the emergency services or NHS and of the forces can qualify.

Cardington Place has three-bedroom terraced homes priced from £239,950, and three-storey homes are priced from £294,950 to £369,950. With the key-worker scheme, therefore, you could pay only around £235,150 for a property worth nearly £240,000.

Cardington Place is a small enclave of two, three/four bedroom homes within easy reach of the heart of Chichester. The development has a range of house-styles to suit all tastes from two bedroom terraced homes (all of which are currently reserved) to three-storey homes and the more traditional three-bedroom semi-detached home.
