These are in addition to the furniture and accessories which together are worth around £15,000 if the equivalent items were bought at retail prices. The top-of-the-range show home is a two bedroom apartment priced at £249,950.

Situated to the north of the city centre, Pallantine Court off Broyle Road is a development of 23 new homes comprising one- and two-bedroom apartments and three/four bedroom townhouses. One bedroom apartments are priced from £179,950 and houses start at £349,950.

Situated between the South Downs and the sea, Chichester has the benefits of the coast, county and city. Remnants of a Roman past still exist. Many of original Roman city walls are still in place, while the streets have a crossed shaped layout that radiates from the centre outwards.

Sandra Barton, Bellway Wessex, Sales Director said: “These are spacious, contemporary homes and the show home is superbly decorated and styled. In addition to having their home fully kitted out with furniture, the lucky buyer will be able to choose up to £10,000 worth of extras which Bellway will provide from a list that includes a choice of Stamp Duty paid, legal fees or management fees to be covered for the first two years”.

Pallantine Court is convenient for travel as Chichester station offers direct links Brighton, London Victoria via Gatwick, Portsmouth and Southampton. For motorists the site is also convenient for the A3, M27 and A27.

Sandra Barton added:

“Chichester is a vibrant city with a wealth of local attractions to suit all tastes. Sport, leisure and the arts activities are very varied, from local leisure centres and water sports to the internationally known Chichester Festival Theatre.

“Chichester also has 117 acres of land including parks, gardens, ponds, sports pitches and a local nature reserve. Many of the district’s parks and green spaces are within Chichester, although some are situated outside of the city, for example, South Pond and St Anne's Hill at Midhurst and East Beach at Selsey”.
