Great deals enhance last chance to buy Barratt at Crawley Barratt Southern Counties is offering great deals on the last properties remaining at its three Crawley developments. There's one home remaining at Woodfield Lodge, another at The Roundhouse and two at Parkside.

As part of the deals, Barratt will:

* Either take a purchaser's existing home in whole or part exchange
* Or pay stamp duty, legal fees and moving costs
* Or let a purchaser buy one of the four remaining Crawley homes for an initial 85 per cent of its price

"Crawley is a great place to live. It's got great links," said Trevor Sawyer, managing director of Barratt Southern Counties, "We think our offer for these last four properties should really catch the eye of purchasers looking for a deal."

Crawley has plenty to offer, including excellent shopping, entertainment and leisure facilities. The County Mall shopping centre has no less than 96 retail outlets and the town is home to a wide range of bars, cafes, restaurants, nightclubs and a multiplex cinema as well as the Hawth Theatre, which stages a variety of shows and entertainment.

Beautiful countryside surrounds Crawley, including Tilgate Park, set in 400 acres and home to a golf course and nature centre. For more energetic pursuits, K2, Crawley's state of the art fitness centre offers more than 40 sports and activities.

From Crawley station, the rail journey to Gatwick airport is less than 10 minutes and there are regular services to London Victoria, with a journey time of up to an hour. It's also possible to be in Brighton, by rail, in under an hour.

The apartment at Woodfield Lodge enjoys attractively landscaped gardens and has allocated car parking. The development benefits from an outstanding location, approximately a mile from Crawley town centre, less than two miles from the M23 and about five miles from Gatwick airport.

The apartment at The Roundhouse benefits from the peaceful location of the secure, gated development which combines style with convenience, again being within easy reach of the town centre, local railway stations and Gatwick airport.

The two houses remaining at Parkside, Maidenbower, provide well-planned, high specification interiors which will primarily attract families. The location, on the outskirts of the town, opposite Maidenbower Park is a key factor in the popularity of this development.
