Antler Homes proving popular in West Sussex

Antler Homes proving popular in West Sussex Two new home developments by house builder, Antler Homes have been proving popular with people from East Grinstead, in West Sussex. Springfield Gardens, located just outside the village of Felbridge has been a huge success, with only one property remaining, whilst Cranston Gardens in East Grinstead has been receiving a large number of enquiries since its launch in May and now has only 5 properties remaining.

"We are so pleased with the amount of interest we have received regarding these developments. Antler Homes build properties to a high specification and these developments do not disappoint. We are urging anyone interested to come and see us now to avoid the disappointment of missing out on one of these fantastic new homes", says Connells Sales and New Homes Manager, Sarah Turpin.

Cranston Gardens is a small development of just 12 three-bedroom houses situated around a quiet cul-de-sac. Within easy reach of East Grinstead town centre, these new homes would suit a small family, upsizers or downsizers who want to be close to local amenities as well as road and rail links.

All of the properties have been carefully designed to be both stylish and practical as well as modern and low maintenance. There is a living room with French windows, together with an adjacent dining room or integral dining area, cloakroom and fully fitted kitchen. Some have an adjacent breakfast/dining room.

The kitchens include laminate worktops, Siemens stainless steel oven, gas hob and cooker hood, integrated appliances, downlighters and ceramic floor tiles. The bathrooms as well as the en-suite shower room to master bedrooms have a classic white suite with chrome fittings, thermostatic shower, ladder heated towel rail, and an exclusive range of tiles by Porcelanosa.

" There has never been a better time to buy a new home with the developer currently offering incentives on selected house plots and as well as that, new homes are more energy efficient than second hand properties so can help to save you money on fuel bills", says Sarah Turpin.

The M23 and A22 are a few miles away for those who need to commute to London and Brighton. For those wanting to travel further afield Gatwick Airport is approximately 10 miles away. East Grinstead is on the main railway line with direct connections to London taking just under an hour.

For more information on the remaining four bedroom detached house at Springfield Gardens priced at £449,950, on the remaining houses at Cranston Gardens priced from £299,950 or to view the show home, email eastgrinstead@connells.co.uk.
