Successful launch for penthouses in Chichester Over 100 invited guests attended the recent launch of the David Wilson Homes penthouses at Roman Quarter, East Walls, Chichester. Following a champagne reception, the Mayor of Chichester, Councillor David Siggs, formally opened the penthouses before the guests enjoyed conducted tours of the show penthouse.

There are just six showpiece penthouses, each of which has been carefully designed to reflect the ultimate in city centre living, with exquisite design details and a first class specification. There is a personalised lift entry system, two secure underground parking spaces, concierge service and each penthouse has a large balcony or terrace, some enjoying fabulous views across the historic cathedral city.

“There has been a lot of interest shown in these penthouses and we were delighted to see so many people at the launch and to hear such complimentary comments,” said David Wilson Homes Sales Director Mark Docherty, adding:

“ We have already reserved one and have made quite a few appointments for people who wanted second viewings and we have several more who couldn¹t make the launch but still wish to view them. So all in all it was an extremely successful launch.”

Prices for the penthouses start at £349,995, with 1 & 2 bedroom apartments from £227,995.
