Hillreed Homes offers to pay stamp duty in East Grinstead

Hillreed Homes offers to pay stamp duty in East Grinstead The Government’s announcement of Stamp Duty not being levied on homes up to £175,000 will, sadly, not have much effect on the majority of house buyers, particularly in the South East. However, Hillreed Homes has had a very successful development in East Grinstead, (easy access of Gatwick airport), and now have only one home remaining.

The property, of some 906 sq feet, is on the market at £279,950 and as this is the last to be completed and marketed, the company is keen to take sales staff to other sites, so Hillreed Homes is offering to pay the Stamp Duty.

“This is an excellent opportunity for someone to snap up a bargain”, says Sally Anne Wright, Area Manager for Hillreed Homes. “Gwynne Gardens” is superbly located and comprises a delightful close of two, three and four bedroom homes. Anyone keen to move will make a substantial saving with this offer and the fact that the property price was recently reduced for a quick sale.”

Plot 3 is a delightful three bedroom semi detached house with single garage. The price also includes carpets and turf to the rear garden and is now ready for occupation.

Gwynne Gardens is in East Grinstead a vibrant town close to the M23/Gatwick. The centre offers a good choice of shops, bars, restaurants and night life and within a few miles one can enjoy the fabulous Ashdown Forest where there are miles of open countryside. Nearby towns include Crawley and Tunbridge Wells.

For the commuter the town’s station affords easy access to London Victoria or London Bridge, (about 1 hour journey time). The A22 and M23 give access to the M25.

The site sales office is open 7 days a week. See hillreed.co.uk for more details.
