Charles Church to build select development in Thaxted

Prestigious housebuilder Charles Church is soon to start construction on a select development called ‘Bellrope Gardens’, compromising a range of 30 new homes in Thaxted, Essex.

Located just off Sampford Road in the pleasant suburb of Essex, the homes will be detached, semi-detached and terraced boasting three, four or five bedrooms with live/work units above or beside each properties garage.

During the winter months the solar energy will 'pre-heat' the incoming cold water, therefore saving energy by not using the primary hot water supply from the boiler system as much as a normal non-panelled system.
