Successful start for Felsted’s Chapel Lawns development

25th May 2007 Print
The Exterior of Chapel Lawns The launch of Charles Church’s Chapel Lawns development in Felsted has been hailed a success after half of the apartments were reserved in the opening weekend. Demand for apartments was so high that purchasers queued for up to three hours just so they could be first in line.

Sales manager Heather Clarke says: ”We are delighted at the success of the development so far. We had a long queue of people lining up for about three hours before the doors actually opened, people said they didn’t want to miss out! We’ve had a steady flow of purchasers visiting since and we are certain this development is going to be yet another Charles Church success story.”

Chapel Lawns is an exclusive development of just 24 two bedroom luxury apartments located in the heart of Essex. The apartments are in four blocks – Squire House, Ingram House, Daubeney House and Lydiatt House.

Apartments are finished to the highest standard and feature state-of-the-art equipment. Kitchens have a Neff stainless steel hob and oven and Neff integrated fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Bathrooms boast Sottini white sanitaryware with chrome brassware and shower.

Felsted itself is an unspoiled English village which oozes rural charm and is surrounded by breathtaking countryside. Locals experience the best of both worlds as, although it has a real community feel to it, Felsted is also conveniently close to excellent transport links.

With prices starting at £279,995 and less than half of the apartments remaining now really is the time to visit Chapel Lawns to see what all the fuss is about.
