Kim Bloss finds Tensquared in Grays just perfect for commuting

She said: “Since selling my three-bedroom house nearby I have been living with my sister and brother-in-law in Grays. It has been great of them to have me but I’m looking forward to having my own place again.”
Kim, who works in the City, says the location of Tensquared was one of the attractions for her. Kim says: “Being right next to the station, I can travel to Fenchurch Street and be in my office in 50 minutes door to door”. As Kim doesn’t drive, being so close to public transport is a plus but she also says that this development ‘ticked all the boxes’ for her needs. “It is close to shops, transport, has a wonderful ensuite bathroom, is spacious and yet affordable, offers security and has everything I need on the doorstep – including my friends and family. Plus it’s going to be a really wonderful-looking building,” she says.
Kim’s is one of the largest flats in the 100-unit block. She is pleased that Bellway paid 1% stamp duty and also £500 for legal fees. Kim has decided to opt for the full upgrade package including the kitchen, which will feature a double oven, top-of-the-range cooker-hood, dishwasher and attractive work surfaces and cabinets. There are a range of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments are also available with prices starting at £125,950 for a studio apartment.
“Bellway’s designs for the development are brilliant. I just knew when I saw the plans that this would be right for me. Now I can’t wait to move in,” says Kim who plans to combine her 50th birthday bash with a house-warming party for - appropriately enough - 50 people.
