New Homes coming soon to Goodmayes

Award-winning housebuilder Bellway Essex has announced that it is set to create 130 new homes on the site of the former Goodmayes hospital in Ilford.

The 5.2 acre scheme is called Medici and is situated on Barley Lane. Medici will offer contemporary apartment living with excellent commuter links into London from nearby Goodmayes station.

Details of the development, including prices, will be unveiled nearer the launch with first occupations expected for winter 08/09.
