First homes launched at Bocking Mill development

Barratt Eastern Counties has released the first homes for sale at Bocking Mill, its new development in Bocking Village, just outside Braintree. Early buyers who reserve one of these two-bedroom apartments before the end of March can benefit from a range of incentives, including payment of their stamp duty or five per cent towards their deposit.

Bocking Mill is named after a 19th century silk mill, built by the Courtauld family, which once occupied the site.
