Barratt sponsors the Harlow Show Barratt North London is sponsoring the Harlow Show for the third year running as its Exclusive Event Partner. The Show, which takes place on Sunday 31st August from 12 noon, is located in the Town Park, opposite the housebuilder's striking Fifth Avenue development, just off Fifth Avenue itself.

Gary Ennis, regional managing director - Barratt Southern, says: "The Harlow Show is an important annual event and as Fifth Avenue is one of the town's largest developments we are delighted to provide support through our sponsorship. We believe we have established a strong relationship with Harlow Council and over the next four years will be delivering 750 much-needed new homes at Fifth Avenue; from affordable and first time buyer homes through to larger family houses. We are strongly committed to supporting the local community during the build period and one of our latest initiatives is with Harlow College, where we have commissioned two students to create sculptures for Fifth Avenue which will be unveiled later in the year."

Bo Peep and her sheep will ensure visitors will know just where to find Barratt at the show; inside the large marquee there will be plenty to see and do, including an exhibition showcasing the progress of the sculptures by Harlow College and a drawing competition.

Visitors to Barratt's Fifth Avenue development opposite can visit the six striking showhomes and enter a prize draw to win a day at Brands Hatch as well as taking the opportunity to be photographed with ‘James Bond' (Sean Connery lookalike) and ‘Jaws'.

Barratt has some excellent opportunities at Fifth Avenue, both for existing homeowners and first time buyers, with these tailored to suit individual buyers' needs.

Prices are from £140,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, £185,000 for a two-bedroom apartment, £250,000 for a two-bedroom house, £320,000 for a three-bedroom house and £370,000 for a four-bedroom house.
