Bellway launches new development near Basildon

Last week saw the exclusive pre-launch opening of Radford Park, a brand new Bellway development in Laindon, Basildon. Ahead of the official public opening local officials were invited to see for themselves the spectacular Sales & Marketing Complex which features four show homes and one view home.

The new innovative scheme will mean that first-time buyers can benefit from up to 50% Government assistance towards the purchase of their new home (subject to scheme criteria) making the dream of buying a new home an affordable reality. Buyers will own 100% of the property they buy and there are no fees payable on the Government share for three years. After three years, buyers will pay a fee of 1% per annum, increasing to a maximum of 3% after five years.
