First-time buyer finds Urban Base

First-time buyer finds Urban Base First-time buyers can save thousands of pounds on an apartment at the Urban Base development in Southend-On-Sea, with their 5% deposit paid – or doubled – by George Wimpey.

The special incentives means qualifying customers don’t have to wait to save up thousands of pounds for a deposit on a first home, and those who have set aside some cash are rewarded by having the amount they put down matched, boosting it to up to 10% of the property price.

Customers can currently choose from a range of two-bedroom apartments at Urban Base, priced from £129,995.

Featuring a contemporary open-plan kitchen with spacious living area which opens out through sliding doors to a private terrace or balcony, the accommodation is completed by two ample-sized bedrooms – one with en-suite facilities – and a main bathroom.

The internal entrance hallway is fitted with generous storage closets, and outside there is an allocated parking space.

Just 47 two-bedroom apartments are being constructed at Urban Base, each stylishly designed to offer a cosmopolitan lifestyle complementing the vibrant bars, restaurants and shops of this seaside town. Homes are also just a stroll from the centre and some of Southend’s seven miles of glorious Blue Flag beaches.

For commuters, the development is within easy reach of Prittlewell Station and Southend Victoria, providing direct services to London in under an hour. For those who drive, the A127, A130 and M25 are all just a short distance away.

Details of the ‘Deposit Paid’ and ‘Deposit Match’ schemes are available from the Sales Executive at Urban Base, while George Wimpey also offers a range of incentives investors and those with a property to sell.

For more information, the Sales Centre is located on Bircham Road, Southend-on-Sea and open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 6pm. Alternatively, go online at Georgewimpey.co.uk.
