Essex development has the designer touch

Linden Homes has continued last year’s run of success, picking up two awards from the latest Your New Home Awards. A specialist judging panel of industry experts voted the housebuilder’s first development in Essex, be at Newhall, as a winner in two categories: Architectural Innovation and Best Development for Interior Design.

The stunning collection of 85 one, two and three bedroom apartments, two and three bedroom courtyard homes and three and four bedroom detached villas, which have been designed by award winning architect Alison Brooks, were recognised for their ‘wow factor’ and high spec interior design, which accommodates ‘timeless living’.
