New properties releases at Harrow Lodge Property-seekers can now choose from an exclusive range of brand new detached homes just released at George Wimpey’s Harrow Lodge development in Hornchurch, Essex.

Following strong sales and eight homes sold in the six weeks since the development opened, a new selection of three and four-bedroom detached family properties has been made available to purchase – but high visitor interest means savvy movers should visit the development soon to have the pick of the plots.

Just one of the homes now available is the spacious three-bedroom ‘Chadwick’ townhouse, laid out over three well-designed floors.

The ground floor boasts a generous kitchen/dining room with French doors to the garden, a cloakroom off the entrance hallway and an integral garage.

For example, first-time buyers can receive help with their deposit, stamp duty and legal fees, while those with a home to sell can benefit from the leading house-builder’s Easymover scheme, through which George Wimpey finds a buyer for their current property, pays the estate agency fees and contributes towards the solicitor’s costs.

Harrow Lodge will comprise 44 three and four-bedroom properties off Hyland Way, less than a mile from Hornchurch town centre and providing easy access to nearby schools and shops, and leisure facilities including a swimming pool, tennis courts, bowling alley, boating lake, parks and gardens.
